twelve o'clock.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

there's nothing miracke happen. my clothes still look the same and i didn't leave behind my glass shoes.

but there's one thing different with this year's new year. i celebrated it 5 hours earlier than my friend and family in malaysia.

"Gudbye people, y'all 1 year behind. i'm in 2008 now! happy new year from"

That's the coolest thing that happen so far.

Oh yeah one more thing, while i'm witnessing the firework from SkyTower i got a phone call from Omer, my bestfriend who now based in Saudi. It's been awhile i haven't heard from me since he left Malaysia in October. It feels like yesterday he sent me to KLIA.

We'll it's unfair to say nothing much this new year. I got a good company! A great friend here in Auckland. Someone that i feel comfortable to be myself. So the phrase, "be yourself" no longer a cliche to me.

New Year and resolution it always come together. But many year ago i ditched new year resolution as it means nothing to me. But this year i feel like having one.

'08 resolution: To gain weight to the optimum level according to BMI- 66kg.

Well normally, people just make resolution and mechanism to achieve but this time i have work it for myself.

Mechanism:

1. Gain weight 1kg / month as my current weight is 55. therefore i have 11kg more to go.

2. Since i'm flying to Tonga early January, so i want to start in Feb and from Feb to Dec is 11 months. therefore, 11 months 11kg.

3. how to get 1kg per month? 1. take supplematary mass gainer. 2. joining YMCA gym for group exercise. Well i dont trust myself doing it alone. So group exercise is good for me. Only Yoga, pilates, spinning and Abs.

So far i've been eating well. Well, i'm always eating healthy food and i guess that's how i gain 5kg since i'm in new zealand.

Yeah, that the only resolution for this year. only one. better keep it that way cuz too many and won't have focus.

Give me eleven months and you'll see the whole new me.
